Bandit Vehicle passengers don't exit or fight
The passengers in cars don't ever exit the vehicles or fight if the cars stop. The driver will get out if the vehicle takes enough shots and will fight, but I can walk right up to the car and shoot the others passengers right in the head without any trouble. I'm using the latest Epoch 1.0.6 from the GitHub and the latest infiSTAR (if that matters). Tested on Napf and Taviana 2.0.

Same situation on our server. Looks like patrol vehicle stay locked and AIs can't exit. Any thoughts, workarounds? May be commenting out _vehicle setVehicleLock "LOCKED"; will help?
