Feature Request: Add Pause after Toolpath/Pass option in laser

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Some materials do not burn off well. Blowing off / cleaning the workpiece between passes results in a better result. The M76 gcode permits pausing mid-job but it needs to be inserted manually.

Describe the solution you'd like?

Add a checkbox on the toolpath configuration to enable the insertion of an M76 command if checked. Its solution would also dovetail with anything done for #1448.
