Creative Kit Identity Web View

I am having trouble open the modal popup after pressing the attachment url on the snap that created from my application. I need to get display name and bitmoji url from my redirected url from attachment url.

Is there anything that I should do to see this? My application is in development now.

Same question I have @metinaltinbas.

No popup shows [on any platform] when clicking the attachment URL; hence no detail is sent as an HTTP header to the URL.

Just got the same error as well. Blocked as well on this. Can the snap team help on this? There isn't that much documentation on this.

Hi all, Identity Web View feature is in BETA and only available to select partners at the moment. If your app is categorized as anonymous/q&a apps, we can enable the feature for your app. We will update out snap kit documentation to make that more clear.

To enable the feature, please submit an app version in the developer portal for review and add in the description you would like to enable Identity Web view for your app. We will expedite your reviews and enable this feature for you assuming the app fits the anonymous/q&a criteria.

@ezanalemma We approved your app and toggled Identity Web View on. It may take a few hours for you it to take effect.

It is been more than a month and the support team didn't even reply to my support ticket, do not expect that much from Snap

I have never seen such a slow review process and support team in my life. I didn't receive a respond to my support ticker for over 3 months and my app is in review for more than a month and still waiting.

My app is also approved, but I cannot see the identity web view still. Did you figure out?
