Presevation Evoker Talent Stasis not working as load condition

Describe the bug

Hi, first let me THANKYOU for an amazing addon, I was using implied-target, but it is broken and this does everything that does and more.

Anyhow I have a key bound to casts stasis, but if I put its load condition to 'Talent Selected' and select Stasis (there is only one) then it unloads. Works for all the other talents I have tried so far.

Reproduction Steps

1. Talent Preservation Evoker with Stasis
2. Set a load condition of talent selected = Stasis
3. See that the action is unloaded and grey.
