New maintainers needed
I no longer use LSF and @leoisl's institue will soon move to Slurm. As such we would like to hand over maintenance of this respoitory to others who are actively using LSF. Please comment below if you are willing to take on this role.
I use a modified version of this as our LSF config seems to be slightly different, but happy to help here where possible.
Out of interest, what configuration differences cause this profile to not work?
I've used different versions of this profile and they've been quite essential. So I'm happy to help where I can. Haven't really had the need to look at the code though since I never had any hiccups. But seems like a good opportunity to learn a few things.
Great @W-L. One thing though, I see from your github profile that you're at EBI. EBI are moving to Slurm very soon - hence why @leoisl is unable to continue maintaining this profile. So this might be an issue for you also?
Oh, well I must have missed that announcement if there ever was one. Same applies for me then, sorry!
Sorry, lost track of this. Our HPC was supposedly transitioning to slurm as well for Sep 1, but hasn't happened yet. I was trying to find out more, but likely will happen before the end of the year so I won't be useful for LSF anymore.
