Globbing is now a lib

Hi, I just want to notify you, that I moved the globbing (https://github.com/Snaipe/Criterion/blob/bleeding/src/string/brz.c) in to https://github.com/a1lu/clob (3 years ago). Feel free to use it as an external (and benefit from future updates) or just keep the code as it is now.
