Add preBuild attribute

I can't think use cases, but I guess it seemed to be OK.

Just in case, could you write one nix package using preBuild? I'd like to build it myself and see if it works.

I have to build another nix package that is a dependency. I'm using the preBuild to do that and then copy the artifacts into the deno nix build directory

I'm also finding a postInstall step convenient to echo out the location of the artificats in the nix store

But then again that much easier and can be hardcoded into the install step
