[FEATURE] Prevent QuickTile Access While Phone is Locked
Describe the feature you would like to be added to WADBS. Make sure that the description is clear and detailed enough for a reader (developer or a new contributor) to understand.
WADBS can currently be toggled even when the phone is locked. I'm unsure if this behavior is intentional. But it would be helpful to have an option to modify this setting so that WADBS cannot be toggled while the phone is locked.

Hello! Tank you for being interested in WADBS and suggesting this feature. I implemented it for the general user, but some testing is required for the OneUI's Quick Settings Detail View in quick settings. I will close this issue when such testing is complete. Changes will land in the next release.
