[Announcement] Migrate to Sming v4

As of 1st of April, 2020 our V3.8.1 Long Term Support (LTS) version of Sming will not be updated any longer. Everyone is advised to migrate to the latest Sming v4 version. You can find a migration guide here: https://sming.readthedocs.io/en/latest/upgrading/index.html
