There's a benign `campaign_id` parameter under the `donate` URL, which this extension removes, causing a redirect to nowhere: _Example_: https://www.paypal.com/donate?campaign_id=ARVPB5GV6JLCS, which ends up loading https://www.paypal.com/donate
