Getting parameters removed from URLs is so difficult and annoying sometimes

Why doesn't it just try remove the text as I type it? I always have to fuck around with it for ages and even then my success rate is extremely low. Can someone just tell me how I can remove "?snr=2___" from the end of this url. https://steamcommunity.com/games/AVA/announcements/detail/1669024110880029941?snr=2___

Other than this extremely common and annoying issue the extension is great.
