Neat URL breaks various Google properties on re-authentication

With Neat URL enabled, requests to admin.google.com as well as other Google requests that would trigger password confirmation ("We want to make sure it's really you") result in an Error 400 instead, as Neat URL removes params during the authentication redirect dance.

As the extension seems to not be developed anymore, I have removed it for the time being.

Can be fixed by adding "cid" without quotes to the field "Override list for default blocked parameters" in extension options.
