Getting duplicate history entries

The add-on is leaving the dirty URL in history. For example, if I access https://www.google.com/?utm_, there will be two entries in the browsing history: https://www.google.com/?utm_ and https://www.google.com

I guess it was a Firefox update that messed that up...

I don't want to see pre-neat URLs in history.
