How does it compare to ClearURL and Link Cleaner?

Other than Link Cleaner being really not maintained, and ClearURL having a ton of definitions for cleaning/blocking (which don't currently work for me) - is Neat URL the best one to use?

Likewise, if you're missing any blockable params you may be able to crib some from those two projects.

I have been wondering that too. Using both Neat URL and ClearURL is probably overkill and duplication that may cause problems. How do they compare?
