Export/import options

Please add some options so that users are able to export/import rules and settings.

You can easily export your storage.js file from C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles<YOUR PROFILE>\browser-extension-data\[email protected] which include the settings
