Wildcarded blocked parameter takes precedence over strict excluded parameter

Blocked parameters: sc_*, !sc_itemid Visit https://www.easyjet.com/en/ Click on Departing or Returning -> on the rightside widget there is no calendar since sc_itemid is blocked by sc_* parameter.

Exclusion !sc_itemid should win over sc_*, otherwise its hard to make a general (wildcarded) block rule with just a few exceptions over.

Is this doable?

I have some ideas for brainstorming, if you are interested.

@crssi Did you try to move the blocked parameter before the wildcard?
