Proving the number of attestations one has instead of attestation itself

This is some food for thinking. If a person is rewarded a Philanthropist Attestation every time he donates money, would a dapp treat him differently if he donated 15 times? This might only need an attestation being re-issued if the donations come from the recognitions that are attested by the same attester.
