Makefile references non-existent file on server

https://github.com/TokenScript/TokenScript/blob/ee94ee3662789ca96e34453a6ad20dc31ffcee9a/ERCs/ERC20/Makefile#L2 references http://tokenscript.org/2020/06/tokenscript.xsd file which gives a 404 error, which leads to Makefile failing.

Thank you. This is not good. Apparently, the website was replaced without considering dependencies. We need to ramp up the tools to not to depend on the website serving the file.

Is this going to be fixed anytime soon? Your revolutionary TokenScript has been un-usable ever since this broke !
