support for comments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We rely very heavily on the comments feature. I would like to also add/reply/resolve comments via CICD and also via a bot.

Describe the solution you'd like swaggerhub api:comment add a comment, resolve a comment, reply to a comment

Describe alternatives you've considered Using the swaggerhub resgistry api loaded in swaggerhub itself, then using codegen to generate an SDK. This way i have the entire API available now.
