Update swagger editor version for metadata editor

Evaluate the latest v5 (currently in beta) of the swagger editor:

https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-editor/releases

We can upgrade SmartAPI to use the latest v5 or just upgrade to the latest v4 stable version.
