If you set the default domain settings to force dark mode then about blank is dark. But I guess that's not exactly what you want right?

That would be one step up from what I had in mind. The idea was first to implement a search functionality in the current session.

Only happens if you only have folders at the root and no bookmark. Just make sure you have at least one bookmark at the root to workaround that issue.

Yes indeed, it should be fixed. Could be a while until I get around it though.

That's weird, never had such issue. Could be that the page load just failed that one time. It's very unlikely it has anything to do with the animation though.

Which device and webview version were you using? Is it still an issue?

There is a TTS button but I think it's broken again.
