Incoming view action settings

Our incoming view action settings routes URL view intents to an activity using activity aliases:

• Browser activity - New tab
• Incognito activity - Incognito tab
• Browser selection activity - Select browser

While this does makes sense it's also somewhat duplicate with the domain settings incoming link action. Also that domain settings is basically ignored when opening a URL in incognito. That's understandable but could still be confusing.

We could decide we are happy with it as it stands.

We could rename "New tab" to "Apply domain settings" to make it clearer.
