Link from third-party does not open unless already running

• Make sure Fulguris is closed.
• Open a link from another app into Fulguris.
• Typically done through an app chooser dialog unless Fulguris is the default Web browser.
• Fulguris starts and the session is restored but the link does not open

Try again the above but without closing Fulguris, the link will open in a new tab.

Related to #693.

I'm having a hard time reproducing this now so maybe it is timing dependent somehow.

Creating of new tab on start-up is done from setupTabs through onNewIntent.
