Description

A clear and concise description of what the bug is. I tried to load the web telegram using the browser. After logging in to the account, I could send and receive messages without any problem, but it didn't work when making voice or video calls. The recipient will receive the notification normally. After clicking accept button, exchanging encryption keys... will be displayed, and then it will remain for about ten seconds, and then it will time out and hang up.
