Downloads folder file selector

Currently, to select the download folder, there is a text box in which once has to input the full path directly.

But most Android file managers do not even show the real full path, and in any case doesn't allow you to copy a path to clipboard.

To set the download folder, can we call the file manager, has the user select the path through a nice GUI interface, and then get the path back from the file manager?

Instead of requiring the user to input the file path manually?
