Visual cue for user-altered pages

New issue to continue the discussion started in #514 regarding specific aspects of it.

Summary of my original thoughts: When casually browsing, one might forget they have set up parameters or toggles that modify how that page looks like or behaves. Fulguris should provide some way to warn the user this puge has been altered by their doing.

I can see myself setting up domain specific options and forgetting about it, the coming back to that website after some time and being surprized it's in an unusable state (because of an update in the way Fulguris hadles domain options, an update in the website contents itself…).

Example of visual cues on the 'Web page' and/or 'Domain' submenu title bars:

• a plain icon when untouched, the same icon embedded in a plain white circle when altered
• a checkbox with and without a checkmark
• bold and/or italic title for the 'Web page' and/or 'Domain' submenus when altered
