Description

i can't get my head around why the browser doesn't let me download gameguardian apk from its website. it just says 'download failed' and i've tried many possible things to get it working...

Environment

  • Device: dipper
  • OS: lineage
  • Version: 19.1

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to https://gameguardian.net/forum/files/file/2-gameguardian
  2. Click on 'Download this file'
  3. See error

Expected behaviour

download the apk.

Can reproduce (Lineage 16.0) But it's using the system downloader, so maybe that's the issue. Does it work on other browsers? E.g. Lightning Broweser is using the Android downloader too, while Firefox / Fennec uses its own downloader.

haven't tested any other browser aside default, fulguris and smart cookie web... most if not all other browsers are pure bloatware shit.
