Ufile doesn't download and results in a html file instead of the download

When I press download, it downloads a HTML file instead of the actual file that I want I have some sample links here.

That's weird but not unexpected sadly. Downloads is not Fulguris strong suit. To me the file extension is correct but the file size does not match.
