Issue with option that makes sites always be in desktop mode

Description

The option used to make sites always be in desktop mode isn't working for some sites (such as Streamate)

Environment

• Device: Lenovo TB-X505F
• OS: Android 10
• Version: 1.6.12

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Tap the menu icon
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap General
4. Enable Desktop Mode if not already enabled.
5. Back out of the settings.
6. Go to Streamate.com

Expected behaviour

The site should appear as it does on a desktop/laptop PC.
