Session name change unreliable

Description

Sometimes editing a session results in the wrong one having its name changed.

Environment

• Device: F(x)tec Pro¹ - QX1000
• OS: Android 9
• Version: 1.3.6

To reproduce

1. Go to sessions popup menu.
2. Have enough sessions to be able to scroll them in and out of view.
3. Edit a session name.
4. Sometimes the wrong session is renamed.

Expected behaviour

The edited session should have its name changed.

Additional context

Certainly happening cause we rely on recycler view index instead of session name when editing.

This is still happening after reordering a session and then renaming it.
