Option to disable 3D visuals

We should have an option to disable the 3D visuals throughout the GUI. It can cause some performance issues on some machines, compatibility issues on some, and should really be easy enough to do this.

Isn't it good enough that you can hide them? It's even persistent between sessions

I didn't think you were able to hide the tracker preview or the skeleton previews at the end of mounting reset or AutoBone
