Add settings reset & advanced section

Create advanced section containing some config functions - settings reset for GUI/server/all and opening SlimeVR's data folder.

Fixes https://github.com/SlimeVR/SlimeVR-Server/issues/926, requires https://github.com/SlimeVR/SolarXR-Protocol/pull/146.
