New feature: Inverse mandible reconstruction

Could you give feedback about this branch?

I created it because fibula has a cylindrical shape (radial symmetry) so it's not easy to judge if the neck vessels that will be used on the planned reconstruction will be easy to reach while creating the neomandible and doing the microsurgery (recipient and donor vessels attachment)

The workflow doesn't change at all. When you click the "Update fibula planes over fibula line; update fibula bone pieces and transform them to mandible" button a new folder it's created with the name "Inverse mandible reconstruction" in addition to the common results of BRP

Integrated on ENH: add InverseMandibleReconstruction feature

It's still unclear if this feature is useful, should be optional and turned off by default (at least not visible). Clinician feedback is needed.

This is not feature since there is not a way to disable it. A checkbox should be added to the GUI for it.
