We need to update the code to handle the latest vtk version (not in rush).

For now, we can update the vtk installation command 'conda install vtk' to ask conda to download a specific version of vtk. I am using vtk 5.10.1, which works well.

We also need to update whitematteranalysis to python 3. please make an issue for that as well. thanks!
