Add an option to chose from which repo to download S1

So far, because it is what has worked best for me, the script only allows downloads from ASF. We should also enable the Copernicus servers, including any national mirrors, and give the option to pass this to the script as e.g. --source

Will keep this on hold for future implementaitons.
