[1.10.2] [Bug] Unable to use spawn egg on existing adult owls to create baby owls

I just thought I'd report this as a bug more than a feature request as this feature is usually followed by most spawn eggs when there is a 'baby' equivalent of the mob. However in the latest 1.10.2 build of Ender Zoo on the date of reporting this, this does not work.

I added this to the 1.11.2 version, but I am not sure if 1.10.2 got it as well
