[FR] Add the Everforest theme as a style settings option

I'd like to have the option of using the Everforest theme color scheme with ITS. This should probably happen using the Style Setting plugin?

Describe alternatives you've considered

No alternatives that I can think of, A Style settings option seems the most reasonable to me.

I'm a little hesitant to add other theme's styling to native ITS style settings, this is definitely something that can be done with the style setting colors though. Next best option is using the single color accent theme and choosing a color close to it!
