直接创建一个 prefer-v4 的 direct 替代默认 DIRECT 就行了，不需要加额外规则，如果是双栈域名将优先使用 v4，如果只有 v6 将采用 v6 ps. IP-CIDR 规则这里，的确是一直存在的问题

@giveup mihomo 对 DNS 的缓存也是遵循 TTL 的，与其它的 DNS 并无太大区别
