刚刚试了一下，先pip uninsall peft，因为我安装了0.2之前。之后把peft0.3.0 clone到本地然后进入文件夹用python setup.py install --user再pip list查看一下，我就是这样弄好了

i fix the problem in the new commit.

I can try to finish this issue.
