Include license to setuptools metadata

For now the package lacks metadata on the license and GitHub repository link to look it up. This may result in some users (esp. corporate ones) refusing to use the package as the lack of licensing info poses substantial legal risks.

In this pull request I tried to fix that, following Python packaging docs recommendations.
