Do the thing. I know someone is going to shout "This is a feature." at me, but, it's a -really- annoying feature for the people who use eye-lighting, and it happens unintentionally far too often.

If we're going to keep it, I'd rather it be a low chance to happen on nose-boop only, rather than it happening -every- time for most help intent actions.
