Include freely available clothes in loadout

Some things that i recall being available previously in the loadout such as base color jumpsuits and white shoes are seemingly no longer present. This has no logical reason as these are freely available on the station anyway.

If its common and freely available though, why clutter loadout with it?

For the same reason you have every other thing in Loadout as well: Because rather sift through many items once in character creation than spend ten minutes of every shift just getting clothes! Plus Loadout is already unnecessary cluttered. Plus those things were previously in the loadout. I don't know why they are missing.
