It's as modular as borers already were.

Makes cortical borers be a basic mob instead of a simple animal. As far as I can tell, they utilized none of the features specific to simple animals, including any AI features, so I didn't give them an AI controller or anything.

• I also set the borer's biotype to MOB_ORGANIC|MOB_BUG as that seemed to be more of an oversight than a specific decision.

Sorry to the 2 open borer PR's but there are always borer PR's open.

How This Contributes To The Skyrat Roleplay Experience

Getting rid of simple_animal references.

Entering mobs and using the abilities still seems to all still work just fine.
