The people have been asking and I kept putting it off, but now I'm waiting on maints to review two different 500 line prs so I guess you could say I've got some time to spare.

Adds two different books, one containing an example set of rules for the wargaming kit, and another containing an example set of ships and scenarios for people to play off of.

How This Contributes To The Skyrat Roleplay Experience

People kept asking for rules and didn't know how to use any of the stuff because there were none written down yet.
