[MODULAR] Adds some Supermatter Effects (as a component!)
About The Pull Request
Howdy! This pull request adds some nice animated effects to the supermatter crystal, giving it some visual feedback into it's power levels and other factors. I've spent a lot of time tweaking this, enjoy! This is now modular as a component!

How This Contributes To The Skyrat Roleplay Experience
The Supermatter engine is pretty cool, but, I reckon it could be cooler.
