so a few things: the "ash" farming no longer is just lavaland_surface basalt, but all basalt... which means this PR closes: #15874 the farming will also give some nice info on examine, for both the plantable areas as well as the plant itself "ash" farming is a component now, which means I'm renaming it to simple farming simple farming now uses seeds, rather than the product itself 10 sand on a railcart will make it able to have simple farming

How This Contributes To The Skyrat Roleplay Experience

this fixes some issues, gives some qol to simple farming (previously ash farming), and makes it understandable (seeds versus the product)
