About The Pull Request

Adds a new language, Xerxian.

Xerxian is an Arabic type language which is meant to be spoken by characters from Middle Eastern descendent cultures. Considering that there are languages based off Russian and Japanese, and even say so in lore, I don't think this would be out of place at all.

Adds more cultures into the game, allowing for more roleplay

Selenian is completely redundant, Sol already exists and is Latin based, and Selenian is lore unfriendly.

Honestly, you'd be much better off discussing with xyel about languages before trying to add any, due to lore ramifications and planned changes.

there are multiple languages on earth that are based on latin, i dont see why there cant be multiple latin based languages in space

I don't really see why people on the moon would speak a different language. We already have too many human languages. We are not accepting Selenian.

Xerxian should be fine, but we already have too many human languages as is. I am not sure if we want to set the precedent for having every culture's language in-game. The only reason Russian and East Asian languages exist in-game is because of the high population of Russians in SS13 and also weebs. This will ultimately need to be discussed.
