Updated this pr significantly and added Javadocs, cause I couldn't understand my code lol. Not tested.
Removed from 1.22 milestone because I don't think it will be possible to include this, and there is a long outstanding review.
i like the new waypoint it generates when estimating the burrow location but i feel like it should stay when opening a burrow thats not near the estimate so that way we can do multiple burrow chains at a time
