Add Crystal Wishing Compass Solver from NEU

I recommend using "Squash and merge" when merging this pull request to avoid an unclean commit history.
Missing features:
- Option to disable solver (coming soon)
- Skytils integration (since it's not updated for newer Minecraft versions)
- Per-profile handling (not entirely sure what this is)
~~There is one potential issue, though this code is just lifted from NEU – sometimes it gets stuck at "No particles detected for prior compass use. Need another position to solve." and the only way to make it work again seems to be to leave the crystal hollows and return (which often puts you in a different server). We should probably add a reset command or something.~~
Fixed, was my mistake with the return value.
Another issue: I get "Wishing compass points to King Yolkar or the Precursor City" in Goblin Hideout with King's Scent active, but it is in fact pointing to the Goblin Queen. Haven't tested if NEU has this issue too yet, but it should be the same in theory.
