Alternate download manager

As the stock android download manager often fails and does not keep the half downloaded videos I would really like the option to use an alternate download manager.

Second this request. It is worth mentioning that there are networks that cannot access Google/Youtube. ST users use VPN to forward ST's network requests. A built-in downloader is needed to replace the Android system downloader.
